CREAMY MACARONI AND CHEESE
2 cups of macaroni (elbow, bow ties, or shells)
8 oz of soft cheese (like Velveeta or Marvella)
1 stick of margarine
1/2 cup of milk
Cook macaroni to desired softness and drain thoroughly.
While macaroni is cooking, cut cheese and margarine into little cubes, this will make
them melt faster.
Once the cheese and margarine have melted, add milk, and stir thoroughly.
Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
Serves 4 – 6 people.
