Faith Doesn’t – From Kelly’s Tree House

I got this poem from Facebook. There are two names on it.”Ladybug Healing at 7:52 AM” and Kelly’s Tree House. It really gives you something to think about.

Faith Doesn’t

     Faith doesn’t always

take you out of the problem,

Faith takes you

through the problem

Faith doesn’t always

take away the pain,

Faith gives you the ability

to handle the pain.

Faith doesn’t always

take you out

of the storm, Faith calms

you in the midst

of the storm.

AMEN

This poem says so much in just a little bit of space and with not even

one hundred words. People always talk about a picture being worth a

thousand words, but this poem is worth more than that. Did you get chills

when you read it? I sure did.

I just hope that it spoke to you as much as it spoke to me. I am a very

sensitive person, and there are many times when different things have

spoken to me in different ways. I think this one spoke to me so loudly

because of everything that the whole world is going through right now.

It’s not just the United States of America.

My hope is that by sharing it with you, you may have some peace of

mind about things that we can’t control.

About the only thing that we can do is to obey the quarantine that

the government has imposed on us. I have read so many stories

about funerals, birthday parties, and even Church services where

many people have congregated against the mandates of the quarantine.

The end result in all of them has been many deaths and some survivors,

and only one to five survivors and the rest of the people that attended

the function, died within a few hours to a week.

From what I gather with the news, we may be in the downward slope of

this wicked disease. It seems like more people are being discharged

than before, and not as many victims are being admitted as before.

I hope and pray that the articles I have read and the news I have

heard are all correct. There has not been anything this bad in my

lifetime. With me being in the older generation during this pandemic,

I am very afraid. However, I have seen articles where infants as

young as three days old, and six months old have been stricken

with it. But at the beginning the news said infants less than one

year old should have good immune systems because of their

ages.

I have been from the start, and will be until the end of this pandemic,

felt so sorry for the family members that have not even been

able to tell their loved ones “Goodbye.” and/or that they were loved

so much and would be greatly missed when they passed away.

I’m going to stop here and keep praying for the Love of God to

hold me in the palms of His hands. I know once I pray that

prayer, and God has me in His palms, that nobody and nothing

can pluck me out of them.
