1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk or chicken broth
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. smooth peanut butter
2 c. whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 c). Lightly grease a baking pan.
Stir ingredients until well blended. Lightly flour work surface. Roll dough to about 1/4″. Use cutter or knife and make your treats.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 min. Cool on racks. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Freezing will last approx. 3 months. Refrigerator about 2-3 wks.
