1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small container Sour Cream
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 bag of Wide Egg Noodles
Brown ground beef, add onions and mushrooms, cook until softened.
Drain grease, return to skillet. Add mushroom soup and sour cream,
stir all together, add cooked egg noodles , a dash of salt & pepper
